It's a first (for me) that the API has BOTH point and zone forecasts stale...  Usually, the zone forecast is "fresh" even if the point forecast is not.  Guess they're mucking about with the API feeds and we just need to wait it out...

Looks like all three of your point forecasts are back (a ?force=1 helped)

A " ?force=1 " helped for me too. The point forecast has returned.

I'm having the same issue and am stuck at Thursdays forecast.
I have updated the advforecast2.php to version 5.04
Some of the locations in my forecast details show the correct days.

NWS is still messing around with the forecasts. Mine has been burping even more than usual recently.

Thanks for the quick reply John,

I guess I will have to keep checking to see when things change. I was able to use ?force=2 a few days ago, however that does not work now.

Think that should be ?force=1, Bill. Picky because the code says if ($Force > 1), but Ken said 1 a few messages up. FWIW...

?force=1 causes point-forecast reload, ?force=2 causes zone forecast reload.  If the point-forecast is not available, the the zone forecast is used (if it is available).  If neither are available, then a message to that effect will be displayed.

I do hope they get the loading of api.weather.gov with the point-forecasts and alerts gets straightened out by the NWS soon.

Thanks for that info.

Come to think of it, there's a fellow on here by the name of Ken who definitely knows a lot about everything. Bet he could fix the NWS problems.

I’m a novice with coding, but have been successful using the Saratoga Template for over 2 years for my website www.retreatweather.com.  Please give me explicit instructions on how to “You can now force the cache to update by adding ?force=1 to the end of the URL”  I’m using advforecast2 version 5.04 and my forecast for my website has had stale forecast for my location at Glen Haven, CO for at least two weeks (once this morning it gave a current forecast).   Clicking my 7-Day Forecast, Estes Park forecast has also been stale.  The other forecasts for Loveland, Ft. Collins, Longmont, Boulder, Broomfield, and Ithaca NY have been current over the last couple weeks.  Fortunately this morning I found I wasn’t alone with this problem on WXForum.Net.  Thanks in advance for your help.

In your case it would be http://www.retreatweather.com/wxforecast.php?force=1 (according to the forecast URL in your nav bar). Your forecasts haven't updated since Fri 27 Oct because NWS is working on your (and many other) zones trying to get everything working.
