« on: June 15, 2017, 02:47:26 PM »
Hi guys,

My Aercus weather ranger update is made every 16 s. On the rapid fire weather dashboard Wunderground the update is made every 5 s!!
How can it be possible ?

Probably because it's just updating the same thing three times over til your PWS sends a new packet.

The interval between two sends can be between 6 and 16 s. I just checked, but I do not know what can determine the gap between two sending

Your station sends packets every 16s, and the window on the "rapid fire" server opens every 5 seconds.
Your data only pops up once to the window - while subsequent openings do not update your data. You can only see the window flick - without changing the data.

rods55555, the question is what type of data is being sent. Is it just handshakes, retries or actual updates. You will have to look at the actual data packets to see.

Yeah, the router just logs a "generic" information.
