Approval process for adding a webcam to WU?

I've tried adding my webcam to my PWS on Weather Underground twice now, a week apart, and its still not appearing in "my webcams". Does this process always take so long?

Or is it working at all?

Gar, still no response. Between this issue and them putting a nearby city with very different weather on my PWS page, I'm starting to really hate the Weather Underground website.

(Note how it says "Petaluma, CA" as the nearby city, which is so close and yet so far, since we're on the coast and Petaluma is inland).

Well after 3 weeks they got back to us and fixed the city on our pws page. But still no progress on our webcam.
