It was more like re-arranging stuff and trying to make more eye appealing lol. Anyway I changed it.

I really like it.  Question though...how are you getting the data from Mesowest to show up like that?  Is there a sticker somewhere on the site or are pulling data with html?

Here's where my data is going:
http://mesowest.utah.edu/cgi-bin/droman/meso_base_dyn.cgi?stn=D2721

I want to rebuild my site b/c the host I was with wanted to double my cost for 2016 so I had to let my site expire.

You mean my current conditions, temp etc. on the home page at the upper left?
First I go here, find my state and then the current city by me and the RSS feed. http://w1.weather.gov/xml/current_obs/seek.php?state=ca

Then add that RSS HTML addy on this RSS maker site: http://www.surfing-waves.com/feed.htm
When you get the script you made, add it onto your website.

For your own MesoWest conditions; Here is your RSS feed: http://mesowest.utah.edu/cgi-bin/droman/mesowest.rss?site=D2721
add this addy to the above "serfing-waves" RSS maker site.

Mike Hope this works

Yes, thanks so much for that. I believe I may go the webs.com route myself. May I ask which package you got? I started  a quick,  free one, but it doesn't allow custom html.

I have the free webs.com plan myself, a free one at webs. When on a page and inside a paragraph box, click on the "html" tag in the upper right and it should let you add a html script. Not able to do a PHP script but you can javascript and the like ok. Let me know if I can help. at wxman1952@gmail.com

Ok, nice.  I'll play around with it.  I can tell you've put a LOT of work on your site and it looks outstanding.  It's nice to see what you can do with a free site!  I'll have a lot of work to do now :D
