Topic: WU showing incorrect max temp for Feb 28

WU is showing an incorrect maximum temperature for my PWS (KFLNEWBE4) for Feb 28. It shows that the max was 74.7 whereas the actual max was 59.4, as the graph shows. Interestingly, it shows a correct daily average of 54.1 and minimum of 48.7. This incorrect 74.7 number was "borrowed" from March 1. I noticed that a nearby PWS is having the same issue.

I suspect that this has something to do with a feature in WU software that attempts to adapt to whether February has 28 or 29 days. Any ideas?
