This photo is from Bosnia and Hercegovina and was taken today. They have 80 up to 320 cm of snow. In town Mostar  they dont have enough food becouse the roads are blocked with snow.

A very serious situation which does not look like improving in the short term.
I was struck by how those pictures had something of the look of a flood in the street - a flood of snow in effect.
