To answer the question, no I didn't put any info in the documentation for getting the software package you might use to generate the data file. I had to make the assumption that folks can figure that out since in most cases they have to do the same to get their pages uploaded. The biggest reason though is because it would have been way to much work to try and cover every possible situation with every possible software package.

No, no, not a problem! Great script! I understood how the VWS software worked with .htx files and AJAX etc, I just wasn't sure what I was missing in terms of file names etc. Kevin's been great help. I'm getting ready to try his suggestions so I'll let you know.

Sorry to hear they lost! I use to do all of that years ago, I was even the President of our youth athletic association where we had about 2500 kids playing 5 different sports!
