Besides Ambient Weather Dashboard, are there any Android apps which display Ambient Weather Net data?  Failing that, any Android apps which display Weather Underground personal weather station data.  The Weather Underground Android app does not work properly on my system.

PWS Free app will display your WU data, search for it in play store.

Weather Station (Beta) by Dromosys. It takes some setting up but it does include a widget. Some style and layout issues but it works.

How often does it update or how much time does the data lag behind real time using Weather Station by Dromosys app?

I don't use it any more but you can configure how often it updates I believe.
