Won't play for me, but then I'm at work, and we have crippled versions of IE probably.

When I right click your link to save as, it tries to save as an html file, and is only 1.75k in size--can't be right...?

The link is using the Windows mms:// call (don't think you can save it directly).  You shold be able to just click the link and play the file.  If not, open your Windows Media Player, then:

file--->open url---> mms://xstream.advance.net/nola/twister_fin.wmv --->ok

Worked for me.  Amazing how fast that storm built up once the water got up into the clouds.

Still no joy... tried both Firefox and IE, neither will play it. Tried pasting the mms: path into WMP "open URL", and got an error message:

"Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the server is not responding. If you entered a URL or path to play the file, verify that it is correct. If you clicked a link to play the file, the link may not be valid."

The news stations now days are so worried someone might steal their content, they make it impossible for some people to even view it
