Meteotemplate download problem

Anyone else having this problem, i have been trying to download files from meteotemplate but they will not download. The computer is running windows 10 and i tried several browsers with no luck. I have no problem with os w7 and xp they download fine. I tried my laptop running w10 and it also will not download files.  Must be something with w10 settings or something. Help.
