My highest record in 2016 was 10 in May(max 4736 uw/cm2) and only a handful throughout the year. This year, it's 10-11 pretty often. Yesterday, 8/7/17 my station recorded a 12 UVI at 5204 uw/cm2. weather underground deleted this recording and it has me suspicious. Has anyone else been monitoring UV ?

Interesting, this is what my stations recorded right after the rains passed and the sun came out.
But how do I know my sensor is correct? Should actually check what I am sending WU, they might be fiddling with it

Could have been edge of cloud effect.

Possibly Hankster. It did happen during a day of mixed rain and sun like Dupreezd described. I'll keep note of that when it happens again. My neighboring stations doesn't list it but we're on 5 minute data logging on WU.
