I receive one every Sunday , on the first of each month, and every day IF there is a problem with my data.

It is now more than a week and still I have not had any QC mail.

Should I contact someone or is this normal?

Unless your readings are considered in error. You will not recieve and e-mail. I recieve one almost daily on my temperature. This is because of the difference in elevation between me and the reporting metar station. So in your case. You probably do not have anything to worry about.

Thanks,
Anthony

Lars,
Its been long enough that you should have gotten a summary even if your data was "perfect". You probably should follow up on it.

I know when I make changes to try and correct errors. It can take upto 21 days for these changes to show up in the system. So with only sending data for 7 days. He probably has not sent enough data for analysis.

Thanks,
Anthony

I have been sending data to CWOP since November last year, so there should bee plenty of data to analysi.

Lars,
Could this be the problem?

Only sites in North America, Central America and the Carribean are monitored. If you are outside those regions, then you are welcome to try and register, but it is likely that an error message will be displayed later saying that no data has been analyzed. Sorry.

I would hope you could still get the "no data" emails... the actual QC emails I have rec'd are illogical.  Says errors are bolded, but I never have any errors bolded....

Here is a recent one attached

When i signed up for qc mail i meen i saw an info that stations outside US just would recive mails when there are an error in your data, if i remember it right.
So when it doesn't come any mails i suppose the data is great  :-) Thats wat i recall, and myself haven't got any QC mail yet.

You could test that theory.  Simply turn off vwsaprs for a full day.   See if you get an email the next day.

For North America you get a weekly one regardless, but perhaps that is still driven from QA db.
