unable to remove post

Why do I get an message that I can not remove an post/thread that I started. We use to be able to. What has changed.

If there are any following posts in the thread I don't think you can delete the original. I may be wrong on this...

You could also contact Ken to have him remove the post as an Administrator.

Don is correct.

You can delete a post if there are no replies to the first post in the thread.  If there is a reply, then the starting post will not be deletable by the author (as it would cause a 'disconnected thread', and you don't have the ability to delete posts made by others).  You can delete any posts you made within an existing thread.

There were no post as I just posted it and for some reason it had wrong pix. I hit the remove button and it said I could not remove erase the post.

Ahh... I just checked the permissions, and removing own topics was not allowed (by default).. now it is.
