Since making my post. I did download a trial of WD. I could get the files imported. But the data never seemed to show up in WD. Exactly which file(s) did you import and what ver if WD are you running?

Thanks,
Anthony

last time I tried it worked for me
I thought WD would have expired for you by now, i.e you would not be able to run it as it  would have expired?

It did expire. If you looked at the date of my priginal post that should be obvious. Since I never could get the files imported I did not want to purchase the software. I thought maybe I was trying to import the wrong csv files. I sure there has been atleat 1 or 2 updates since then. I thought there might have been some changes made. So if you can answer the question I asked yesterday it would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Anthony

it was not clear, your post had made it seem like you had tried again with the latest version of the software, but you are saying you had not actualy tried again with the latest version at all?
i.e the problem might now have been fixed, you see

Have again tried the latest version. When I go to the import window and choose the csv file to import and click on import. Nothing shows up in the window. What I think the problem might be is. The data in the csv file in vws is in a different order that it is in WD. Only reason I wanted to try WD is. It creates some reports that VWS does not.

Thanks,
Anthony
