Title: Timelapse video problem - video stucked
Post by: plex on January 20, 2019, 09:36:25 AM
Hi

I had a perfect running timelapse setup running on a rpi. The classic thing happened - the SD card got corrupted.

After trying to restore my Pi, the video won't play with JW Player - unless you move the slider to rewind a little, then it plays? The same video, has the same behavior, with QuickTime player, but VLC plays it without any problems...?

Have a look/try:

The video file:

What could I do to solve my problem?  :?:

What tests have you tried ?

Will the JWplayer handle older / other files ?
Is a newly created time-lapse playable ?
etc.

If you need to repair a MP4 see https://www.stellarinfo.com/blog/repair-corrupt-video-file-vlc-media-player/ (https://www.stellarinfo.com/blog/repair-corrupt-video-file-vlc-media-player/), but if you keep creating corruped ones .... ?
