That's very nice.
Split, just like they really should be.  Wish I had the room to do it exactly that way.

Can you reach the battery on the anemometer transmitter? If you overlooked this, you could slide it down on the mast a tad.
Otherwise, looks good!  =D>

-Being able to access the battery is a significant issue.

I can't reach the battery on my VV and recently paid the antenna installer $100 just to get up there and change a simple battery.
Price of doing business.

Mryank9,

Would that 40' of anemometer cable reach down that tripod, across the roof to a south facing wall, and down the wall to a spot about, oh, 5' off the ground where you could mount the transmitter and change the battery without climbing a ladder. Sure would make life easier.

Thanks everyone! The solar box isn't too too high off the roof line, I could always slide it down though. About how often does the battery need to be changed?

Also I will be working on my website tonight. Switched from an Ambient WS-2080 using Cumulus to the VP2 now using Weather Display so need to change some files and settings!

I have went over 2 1/2 years and never had one go bad in Arizona, however with my move to Nebraska and now the much colder climate and less winter sunshine decided this fall would be a good time. I bought a 12 pk. box of surefires off amazon that should last years to come.
