Hi all, I'm after a cheapish outdoor webcam of the Foscam/Wansview type.
I see Wansview now do a megapixel cam (though I gather its actually a tad under that) that uses h.264 encoding rather than mpeg.
1) on the web for weather cams (possibly the bird feeder as well) would you really see much difference in video/still quality
2) does the new encoding of 264 make any real difference?
I need an outdoor one do to the wettish Welsh weather we get here, but if anyone wants to offer another suggestion (roughly £70 - $120) I'll lok at that too.
