I discovered that I can edit the titles in each of the measurement boxes on the Ambient Dashboard. This change does not apply to the graphs titles except for the extra sensors (for example the WS-2000). It does not change any of the column titles in the tabular view.
This is handy for those who have additional sensors connected. I now have both of my extra sensors titled the same both on the WS-2000 display and the Ambient Dashboard.
