So they discriminate against cats?
They have some real problems here in NM. We regularly get winds in the 50s.
My record at the house is 81.

^^^ I drove I-40 through NM once.  Once.  (Bonus points if you get that reference.)

I was in a full sized van that was getting blown all over the place by headwinds.  Pulled off at a rest stop to take a short walk and stretch my legs.  It was a SHORT walk indeed.  Winds almost blew me over.  Temp was around 100 so it was like blast furnace winds.
