Title: CoCoRaHS maps showing "development purposes only"

The "don't be evil" company website map shakedown has now affected CoCoRaHS. When viewing the "new map" it grays out and overlays the dreaded "development purposes only" . The WSPRnet.org (http://wsprnet.org/drupal/wsprnet/map) map has been doing this for a couple of weeks now.

gladstonefamily.net/ has the same issue with Google maps.

Philip Gladstone said it's something about a new map API being needed.
