Scott thanks for mobile version update.

I've noticed on several sites, as well as my own, the warning table at the top,
and the weather forecast table on bottom aren't the same width as the main center section on my Android device.

I don't recall seeing this behavior before. Perhaps a nuance of my device.

For some reason, the script I was using to pull in the devices width i not catching the width from some of the newer devices.  I'm looking for something new but right now I have very limited time to work on this project.  Hopefully soon I'll get back on and find a fix.
