I'm just going to copy this tweet from NWS about a survey they're doing that I thought you all would like to participate in:

Could be more to the point.

It's not "Either/Or".

Why have more of a workload to put out more alerts that just confuse people when you can streamline things. Less work, and easier for people to understand.
