V14p50 Wind Gust Graph [CLOSED]

I have been noticing the Alfa Numeric correctly diisplays the Hi Gust recorded for the day, but my graph does not.
Alfa Numeric Hi Gust 30mph
Graph 28mph [using the past 24hrs]

Gust samples set to 30, Filtered Avg 5 minutes.  I don't think these paraams affect displaying on graphs, just how VWS calculates.  If so, is the reason the Alfa num correctly shows the hi, but the graph does not due to the graph updating every 5 min [my db update period] :?:
I would think when the graph updates every 5 min, it takes the hi for that period.

Nor does the max show in the Wind Distribution.

To fix this, change the option to record the highest wind gust in the database update period.
You can find this by selecting Settings | Advanced Parameter Settings.

Recommendation did not correct.

I made the adjustment yesterday afternoon.  At 123a today, the alfa numeric Max Gust displays 19mph, but the graph displays 18mph.  The actual spd was 19.2mph.   Max wind spd was 18mph in alfa numeric, but graph displays 11mph.

From the software developer,

Here is the issue. The daily high and low may not be in the real time update feed.
Once an hour, VWS looks back at the daily highs and lows for the day (in case it is missing in the live feed) with a different command (which has a lot of overhead).
So this data is obtained after the fact.
 
Unfortunately, there is no easy way to get this back into the database, but I will look into it.

One more reason, I should upgrade.  V13.01 P09 has the same issues.

Just installed p58.  At 1252p, alfa numeric indicates Gust 37mph and Wind 29mph, but graph only shows Gust 29mph and Wind 19mph which ocurred at 210p.

I sent an email to Ed asking if the patch only applies from the time p58 was installed and onward.

Windgust will plot the highest speed in the database update period if you turn on the option to get the highs and lows (which I assume you have done) and you choose the option under Settings | Advanced Parameter Settings to update the highest windspeed in the database update period.
 
Don't worry about windspeed plotting Hi value because it will never do this. It just plots the windspeed at that point in time.
