rss-alerts with windows task scheduler
« on: August 18, 2014, 07:40:00 AM »
Hi since I don't have a cron on my web host I had to use task scheduler and noticed there's a twitter restriction that I can't get all the counties alerts to post is there a way around this?

I made a rss-weather-alerter script for 5 different counties. You'll just have to create individual instances of the script
and configure them for each of those different counties using the appropriate county codes and such.

rss-weather-alerter1, rss-weather-alerter2, rss-weather-alerter3 etc etc.

Ya I did that but when they announce the same special weather statement or watch for example only one county posts the others dont

Have you changed all instances within the script to reflect the correct county and you'll need to create a blank cache
file for each of those so they can write to it.
