I am going to get a Boltek soon.
I am going to save some $ and make my own Antenna Enclosure.

Does anyone know what the size i should get for the PVC pipes?

My enclosure is now made

I just have to get some nylon screws for it, I am not sure I need a small pipe to go in the pipe to even it out or not though (the bit where the antenna sits).

Here is a picture of it (not installed though) it will go way above the TV aerial.
