Rain daily graph

This page https://suiattle.net/CapeSmallHarborWeather/pws/?theme=light shows accurately the amount of rain that has fallen today but when I click on the Today link in the Rainfall Today panel, the graph does not reflect that amount.

My error, or is this expected behavior?

Well, now it's reporting properly though I did nothing to make that happen. is this a reporting interval issue?
