Storm tracking programs
« on: December 03, 2014, 04:07:28 PM »
Got my new laptop up and running. All I need is to get the activation code and get my station and camera working.

So in thinking about uses for my other laptop which still works, I'm thinking about getting a storm tracking program on it. At this point I want to start out with a free program, maybe a basic stripped down version of a more fully featured product that when funds become available can be upgraded.

Basically I desire for radar and satellite items. Maybe lightning and advanced mapping.

I'm looking at Digital Atmosphere from Weather Graphics.

Any suggestions?

I live in an apartment and for the moment am not a home weather watcher.

I am a storm chaser.

Hi Skywatch,

I would check with Tim before ordering. I had seen on another forum some time ago where he was in the process of rewriting DA, and I do not know if he has completed that or not.
