Earthquake Script or Service Solved!

I just happened to notice my (and several others) Earthquake script is not working.  http://www.pennlake.us/wxquake.php       http://earthquake.usgs.gov/eqcenter/recenteqsus/

Does anyone know if the service is just down for the moment or did they change something?

Your version of the script is from 2013. There are newer versions which cope with the changes in the feeds. Visit the Saratoga pages and download a new version.
The script works at: http://saratoga-weather.org/scripts-quake.php#quakePHP
