Weather Wise Instruments WS-1090
« on: May 03, 2013, 10:50:44 PM »
Weather Wise Instruments sells a WS-1080 Solar and a WS-1090 Solar Weather Station.
They seem to look very much like the Ambient Products with similar specifications.
Are they the same or is the Weather Instruments product a clone?

Thank You,

I may be wrong but believe the Fine Offset co. produces these and many other companies sell them under their names.
Compare products such as Fine Offset Electronics: WH-1080, WH-1081 (also known as Watson W-8681,
WX-2008, National Geographic 265 NE, Elecsa 6975/ 6976, Ambient Weather, Weatherwise WS-1080/WS-1090/WS-2080,
Tycon TP1080WC, Zephyr, Maplin, Froggit).

DanS,

Thank You for the reply. It does indeed look like Fine Offset Co. does make these for
several different companies with similar specifications and model numbers.
