VirtualVP & VPLive Support?

Where should we send emails reporting problems with VirtualVP and VPLive? Both products have different email addresses for support and I'm wondering which should be used.

The reason for this question is that I've been having a problem with VPLive and have sent an email to support@softwx.com but haven't had any response so far. To be fair, I only sent the email today so I'm not concerned about response times just whether I sent it to the right address or not.

Help about on each product shows as follows:
VPLive "support@softwx.com"
VirtualVP "virtualvp@pensom.org"

support@softwx.com is the correct address to use, but the now obsolete address at pensom.org is mapped to forward to the softw.com address, so either address will get to me. I need to update the manuals and readme files.

I did receive your email, and have sent a reply.

A minor issue that could use fixing in VPLive.
When VPLive looses connection it freezes up, especially when minimized in the Tool Bar and thus one can't tell what the status is.
