Dear forum members,
I just heard from Dan at Weather.com and the current PWS issues we have been experiencing, such as:
- "Station Offline" errors
- Wonky graphs with the wrong times
- Webcams not uploading
...are known by the WU team and they are diligently working on them. They have not had time to make an announcement, so he encouraged me to post this info here.

In the time it took to send you that message, they could have posted a site wide announcement.

After three days and three messages sent to WU, I finally got a similar message from William a few minutes ago. A new release that was not properly tested, I wonder?

There was one a few years back. When he saw how unhappy people were and how unwilling they were to buy their line of nonsense, he kinda did a runner.

Ya, my data feed has been solid thus far, but my webcam has been having major issues over the past week or so. As I write this it is once again not updating (last updated around 6AM this morning). I have also noticed a lack of data showing up on the old style WU graphs as others have mentioned.
Thanks for the heads up! I had a good feeling something like that was up. Just wish they would take the time to let us know themselves.

They don't seem to have time to fix things, either.

Looks like my WU Historic Graphs are now working again, AND the WU webcam images too!

At the moment all that is missing is the daily summary on one of my two stations - KVAMASSA2. Everything else seems to be OK.

It may depend on where you are regionally, my webcams have not updated since Wed morning Sept 20th 3:35:56am AZ time (6:35am EDT).

I'm located at Massanutten VA near Harrisonburg. Strange thing is I have two stations at the same property, one using Davis equipment (primary) and one using Oregon Scientific (backup) The backup station is the one that is still missing the daily summary. Everything else from both stations is working properly (at last!).

It is a bit "funny" that some of the stations have been on and off line since last week, but no forward progress on the problem.

Well things still look intermittent. My station KVAMCGAH2 is working 100%. KVAMASSA2 had everything working except the daily summary. Just checked and saw the daily summary is now there but the webcam image is not. And so it goes

I just checked my station's readings. Webcam is not only not updating, but the link on the station page will not bring up the webcam page. Readings on the main forecast page have not been updating the display without a manual refresh for a couple of days now - it could be longer, since I don't watch that page that often (I've TRUSTED WU to have things working!).
Lately I've been getting more and more disgusted with WU's attitude toward all of us volunteer wx observers and contributors. They're obviously much more focused on the nickels and dimes of squeezing revenue out of their operations than they are at nurturing their observer network. Not happy.

After seeing all of these posts and issues with WU, I have given up on trying to get upset with WU working or not working. ](*,) I send my data to them and others. If they can't keep their stuff straight, then I can't worry about it. It's outta of my control/hands... I just know my site is accurate...people can see it there....
