I take it no one on this forum uses Eagle Communications for Internet? Probably just me. Hilarious.

I've also did a command prompt like so.
ipconfig/flushdns with no luck. 

Yep, that's the old address for the forum.

Do you have access to your router to change the DNS settings?   I have a Cisco EA3200 and it allows me to specify the preferred DNS settings like shown in the image below.

Seems not all ISP DNS servers follow the time-to-live data and reload zones appropriately.  Google DNS and OpenDNS seem much better in that case.
