Canadian Tire has WS-1613IT weather stations on sale for $74.99. The La Crosse website lists the 1613, but has no price. The website has a model WS-1612IT for $159.99. The sale at Can. Tire started today and runs until Friday.The item is on page 16, top left corner of this weeks flyer.

Looks like a good deal but looking at it's spec's I see no mention of computer interface capability.

I had bought one of these last year and returned it within 30 days.  CTC have it on sale at the 25% discount quite regular, like much of their stuff.  Using this unit got me interested in this hobby but soon found I wanted something more, including computer interface.  Also, the cups broke off in a fairly heavy storm and CTC accepted the return that way.
