Webcam image not uploading via FTP, but FTP tests OK

Greetings;
I'm running Weather Cat 2.40. Up until a few days ago, all was fine, but then my webcam image upload started failing. I'm not exactly sure if I "did" anything, but it was pretty abrupt. The Weather Cat log says FTP upload failed due to user/password, but all the rest of the data uploads. In Weather Cat preferences, the "test FTP" issues an "all clear."

Ideas?
