I will be at the Collin County classes this Saturday the 23rd if anyone would like to meet or have lunch.

Turnout was excellent for today's training. I attended basic and advanced. Tim Marshall gave an EXCELLENT presentation (over an hour long) covering the Vortex2 project =D>. Several other speakers - NWS used recent storms as case studies... including storms from earlier this week... very fresh data =D>. Jason Dunn, NWS, gave a presentation on radar meteorology and the dangers of trusting derivative products. Local emergency responders also showed off their technology outside. Overall, an excellent event! Way to go Collin County!!! =D> =D> =D>
