Topic: AmbientCam has stopped working

I've had my AmbientCamHD running about 5 months on wi-fi and now it has quit running. So I brought in the house where I could hook it to the router and try to reset it but to no avail. I have it powered up. The ethernet cable plugged into the router and the cable that goes the HD camera, the green light is solid and the amber light is flashing. I bring up the IP Camera tool but it doesn't show up.

I also have the Foscam app on my iPhone and that works. I don't know what else to do. All my other components hooked to the router work except for the webcam.

Any help would be appreciated.

If by chance you have a MAC and just installed the new Sierra OS you will need to install a plugin for it to work again... I just found this out today.  If you get past the login screen then this is not the issue.

Thank you but I had already done that process. They were very nice and let me return the camera. Good folks to do business with.
