After several emails to TOA Support and no answer, I unplugged the box. After being down for 16 days I received an email requesting that I reboot the box. Plugged the box in and replied that it had been rebooted. Ask if this was causing the gif file to not update and got this reply...

Thank you for rebooting, your sensor is back up.
No, the problem with the GIF is unrelated.
We upgraded the database servers at the end of March and the GIF generator doesn't work right now with this upgrade. It's something we're looking into, but I don't know when we'll be able to get it back up and going again.
