I don't believe AcuRite has a display that will show it, but the sensors measure tenths of a degree. You can however display tenths on My Acurite's app and weather underground and a PC connect display will dump the temp with tenths to the .CSV file.

FYI, using a RTL-SDR and rtl_433, from 06045 lightning sensor you get temperature in tenths of a degree fahrenheit, and lightning strike counts.  But there is a bit of software setup to make that useful to you.
