Means there is no wind, no wind speed then there is no wind direction, this is normal in light wind conditions.

if I look with excel I have 361 on this value.....
but sometimes the wind speed = 0 et I have a wind direction

If Hi Speed (ie gust speed) = 0 then the wind is considered calm (ie no direction).

If average speed over your 10-min interval rounds to zero then there may still have been a gust (non-zero Hi Speed) recorded in the interval and hence a wind direction value will be shown.
