Meteobridge: Reading the RAINyr total on Davis VP2 console

I have a meteobridge unit (TP-3020) connected via USB to a Davis VP2. The RAINyr button on the Davis console displays 1.2" for both MO and YEAR, which is close to correct.

However, the Live Data on the MB displays .20" for the year.

Is there a way to persuade the MB to download/access that RAINyr number on the console?
