I'd like to nominate Tom's (carterlake) website
http://www.carterlake.org/ for consideration (as I did for our last poll).
Tom's site has been up since August, 2005 and undergone a tremendous metamorphosis during the time. His templates are the stock multi-page template for WeatherDisplay websites.
His experimentation with PHP brought multiple useful scripts (NOAA forecast, WU Radar in particular) that are used on many enthusiasts websites. His later work with Boltek scripts and GRLevel3 radar have allowed many to add these features to their sites too. His work with Jozeph at Joske-online.be on AJAX allowed WD users to add near-real-time updates to their websites too.
Did I mention that Tom's PHP NOAA forecast script (along with Anole's wxsticker script) were the chief learning tools I'd used to try my hand at PHP too.. thanks Tom for freely sharing what you've learned.
Tom also has multiple pages on his site to explain how things work (the Boltek one is my favorite).
His site is well organized, easy to navigate and informative!
Best regards,
Ken
