Title: Not Getting Radar on WU
Post by: Larry29936 on July 12, 2017, 09:02:41 AM
For the past couple of days I haven't been getting the local radar layer on WU. I do get all other layers.  If I zoom out, I do see the radar in other locations. We had storms come thru yesterday and they never showed up om my screen. Does anyone have any ideas why this might be happening? I live in southeastern South Carolina, about 30 miles north of Savannah, Georgia.

What is the URL to your weather website that is showing the issue?  I'll take a look...

I'm also looking for a solution to this problem.

I usually have my WunderMap displayed in Mac Safari, but as with you, as of last weekend, it no longer displays the "Radar" layer. The map works fine in Mac Firefox  and Chrome.

I've re-stared Safari with no extensions; that made no difference.

Here is the URL for my WunderMap https://www.wunderground.com/wundermap?lat=39.342&lon=-77.5190&zoom=10&pin=Mar%20Lu%20Ridge%20Road%2C%20MD&rad=1&wxsn=0&svr=0&cams=0&sat=0&riv=0&mm=0&hur=0 (https://www.wunderground.com/wundermap?lat=39.342&lon=-77.5190&zoom=10&pin=Mar%20Lu%20Ridge%20Road%2C%20MD&rad=1&wxsn=0&svr=0&cams=0&sat=0&riv=0&mm=0&hur=0)

Sorry, I thought you were using the NEXRAD from WU.  The Wundermap URL you showed does show radar when the radar layer is enabled.
(At least via my Firefox browser).  Try ticking the Radar overlay to on in Safari.

Thanks for the reply, but I have previously toggled the Radar checkbox multiple times in Safari to no avail. AND have checked that the opacity is 80% or higher.

Radar layer shows up as it is supposed to in Firefox and Chrome.
