I posted my brief article I wrote for the Great 2012 Derecho that slammed the Mid-Atlantic. I thought there might be some interested people so I figured I'd provide a link. I created custom radar images from GR3, and plan on adding even more photos in the future.

I was out of electric for 13 days. 3 of those days hit 100 degrees, and 12 hit 90. There were both food and gas shortages. That's one storm I'll never forget
