I'd like to know if VWS allow to load observations from other stations than the main airport ones.

Can the Weather Underground data of other stations be downloaded and used just like metars?

Where can we get the "Independant Station List" of metar stations ? It links to nothing.

I don't think you can use other people s data on WU.  Technically it is not a problem but the data belongs to the owner and WU

As far as I know the only METAR obs. you're going to see here in the States are NWS/FAA sites at all of the airports that have commercial flights of accredited importance or the military.

Maybe my question isn't clear:

A friend of mine as a similar station and VWS. Is there a way for me to get his data and generate a webpage with my data and his. A lot clearer, I think

What data file type should he create and send to my server ?
How do I retrieve this data from my server and tag it in a webpage ?

I have a script that fetches data from WU so if your friend sends data there you could use it.  Send me a message if you want and tomorrow we could look at it
