FWIW, the description says the video is NOT time lapse:   "It isn't time lapse footage, but normal video...of truly crazy storms and tornadoes."

If its NOT time lapse, it looks like some pretty fast drivers in the heartland  ;)

I watched the cars go by at 100 plus mph. I would say this up 2 times also.
