Humidity plummets

Awoke this morning to see this picture (below) about last night's weather, a huge RH drop, obviously a front movement through our area.

Yup, I went from low 40's dew to upper teens in about an hour.

Yup, I went from low 40's dew to upper teens in about an hour.

No change to barometer, but there was a small jump-up in temperature (green line added for alignment):

I don't really think it was a front, temp never changed, no wind shift, no pressure change. Just some dry BL air that moved in from the west.

I bit of fall in Houston after yesterday record highs. Wind shifted from South over the Gulf to NNW bringing much lower humidity and cooler temps.
