WMR200 - VWS displays console battery as flat

The console battery is indicating as flat by VWS (red icon), change with new batteries, reset, restart VWS no effect, anyone similar problems ?

I have had VWS show a low battery in the communication window when the console did not show the same.   Are these new batteries?  You could try replacing them or try removing them and resetting the console and see if that helps.
