Upgraded the ws80 to v1.2.8. Calibrated the ws80 in open space in my office without any air movement. Use my Hp2560 and ws2000 live view to confirm.

Can't say I notice any difference in the wind readings as of yet.

Be interesting to know more details of what was done to "Optimize wind speed measurement".

Thanks. I thought someone else might be making them now. From what I can tell, Sensor Instruments Co has been defunct for quite some time.

As you are using Cumulus MX then it shouldn't be a problem but I would look on the cumulus forum for more info on this.  Sorry I dont use CumulusMX I use WD

If you're focusing on monitoring temperature and air quality in multiple rooms and outdoor temperatures, you might want to consider checking out weather stations. They often offer customizable sensors and can be more cost-effective than buying individual sensors and consoles.

For me the ability to correct for solar radiation error is a big plus, especially for accurate temperature readings.

I am trying to add a webcam link to my website but I am not sure how to. I generate an image with current conditions overlaid that updates every 5 min via My meteobridge. I would like to add it to my MISC dropdown and that it opens on a page on my site. Any help would be appreciated. Also would like to add Ken’s NWS discussion script on a separate page that opens up on its own separate page. The site is run by a raspberry pi which holds cmx.

 I can provide hosting info if needed.

Yes, that’s exactly what I was thinking. Trying to see if the difference is a function of the shield or the sensors
