Anyone else having trouble logging into their WU account as a member? I was getting ads on my page, logged out, and tried to log back in, but it won't let me.

Yes, same here. It's showing me as a Free membership rather than Premium and I'm seeing ads as well. I put something on the WU Trello board a bit ago to see if anyone responds.

Well, from bad to worse. I've tried logging out and cannot log back in with either Chrome, Firefox, or IE. The "sign in" box flashes for a second along with a spinning circle then nothing happens. Tried doing a password reset email several times but have not received a reset email over the past 3 hours. I've had the issue with not being able to log in before but pretty sure I was able to get in with the password reset option. Can't do that without the email though and it's not going through.

Same here. I made the mistake of logging out as well, and Chrome just shows a spinning circle for a split second and then nothing. Hopefully, it's just a temporary problem. I'll make sure and not log out on my phones WU app!

Paid member here. The same thing started with me yesterday. I just switched to a new phone and the WU app was showing ads. I was logged in and made the mistake of logging out and now I get the same spinning circle and then nothing when trying to log back in.

As of today, the web site is doing the same thing in both Chrome, Firefox and Vivaldi.

Same thing here. They should be back to work after the holiday week, so hopefully they'll fix the issue.

If they are charging ads by the impression, they probably made a lot of money this weekend. If so, their motivation to fix it might not be very high...

I can also confirm that I can log in via the web browser. The problem is still occurring in the Android app for now.

After seeing the last few comments I had to clear my browser out and I'm once again logged in (Using Google Chrome).

I'm trying to sign up to be a member so I can get my station online when it arrives, and the site appears to be not working. I type in my email and a password and hit enter and the screen just refreshes and empties the text boxes again. Ugh.....

Had adds reappear with the new year. Tried logout/login (which worked last year); but app will not let me log in - get hte spinning described above. Commented in Trello - don't have high hopes.

Still broken in February, and has been for months now. You'd think they could get something as fundamental as allowing their actual paying customers to log in right...

Just tried it now and it worked. I tried multiple times before I posted the message earlier today and it wasn't working, and hadn't been for ages, so maybe they fixed something. I certainly haven't changed anything at this end...

I can't make the ads go away. I've had paid membership in the past but it's disappeared. When I check Profile it shows Free Membership. How do I change to Paid? I can't find link that lets me do that? Help!

Sometimes it gets messed up on the back end and ads start showing even as a paid/pws member. It looks like they're moving to a new login system next week that will hopefully take care of this "bug".

I'd be happy to pay the $10 annual membership which I've done in the past.
All the links I've found to upgrade to paid membership lead to dead ends.

They take me back to my profile for a Free Membership.
Instruction says "Extend your Premium Membership" but there's no link or button to do that.
