Just noticed that in the western half (vague) of the US, NWS/FAA sites are now displaying obs every 5 minutes instead of once an hour.

Didn't know that was coming.

I know Meso West had been mentioned 1 minute updates may come. Maybe they compromised.

Don't know except that I'm loving the 5 minute updates. I wonder if the rest of the country will follow suit.

How bout that. When I looked yesterday VTN was still hourly. TUS just started yesterday. Looks like everybody's jumping on board!
